1 ½ Tbsps Agar-agar powder
¼ cup hot water
¾ cup Orange juice (no pulp)
¾ cup apple raspberry juice cocktail

Preparation steps

1.
Cut the oranges in half horizontally.
2.
Remove all of the orange, leaving only the peel, completely intact.
3.
Discard the fruit and refrigerate the empty orange peels.
4.
Place the cool water into a heatproof, liquid measuring cup.
5.
Add the agar agar powder and stir briskly until it becomes thickened. For softer texture add less powder, and for firmer, add more.
6.
Add the hot water and stir until completely incorporated.
7.
In a separate, medium sized bowl, pour in the orange juice. Add half of the gelatin mixture to the bowl with the orange juice and stir until well mixed; set aside.
8.
In another separate, medium sized bowl, pour in the raspberry juice. Add the other half of the gelatin mixture and stir until well mixed; set aside.
9.
Remove the cold orange peel cups from the refrigerator. Fill them to the top with the juice mixtures and carefully place back into the refrigerator. Let set for at least 3 hours or overnight.
10.
When the gelatin is completely set, remove the orange filled cups from the refrigerator. Use a sharp, hot knife to slice into wedges. Place back into the refrigerator until ready to serve.
