Fruity Iced Tea with Rum and Nectarines
Rinse nectarines, remove pits and cut into slices. Sprinkle fruit with the sugar and pour over the rum. Cover and allow to soak about 30 minutes.
Bring 1/2 liter of water to a boil. Add tea and let stand for about 7 minutes. Fill a pitcher with ice cubes, pour the hot tea over the ice cubes and add the nectarines. Fill the iced tea pitcher with the apple juice and mineral water.
