4 jasmine tea (in the bag)
½ lemon (juice)
2 Tbsps grapefruit Syrup

Preparation steps

Bring 1 liter (approximately 1 quart) of water to boil. Remove from heat, add the tea bags and leave for about 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice and the syrup and sweeten with sugar according to taste. Allow to cool to room temperature then chill in the refrigerator.

Just before serving, rinse the apple, remove seeds and cut into thin slices. Rinse the peaches, cut in half, remove pits and cut into thin wedges. Place the fruit in a pitcher and fill with chilled tea. Serve over ice cubes if desired.
