This drink is a concoction of so many different vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, vitamin A, and potassium, from the mix of all the different fruits in it!

If you want more nutrients and fiber to stay in the drink, instead of using the juice of the fruits, blend them all together with some ice. That way, you'll have a blended mocktail and you won't lose any beneficial nutrients in the juicing process.

2 Tbsps brown sugar
8 ozs Pineapple juice
5 ozs Banana nectar
7 ozs Coconut water
1 Lime (juiced)
20 Ice cubes

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim, and dry the blackberries. Set 16 berries aside for garnish. Puree the remaining blackberries with the brown sugar in a bowl.

2.

Add the pineapple juice, banana nectar, coconut water, lime juice, and 8 ice cubes to a shaker. Shake well until combined.

3.

Divide the remaining ice cubes into glasses, and pour the cocktail over them. Mix in the blackberry puree, garnish with the whole blackberries, and serve.
