- 2 ripe Figs
- 1 Pear
- 150 grams purple, seedless Grape
- 2 organic Oranges
- 1 can Lychee (about 280 g)
- 150 grams Dried Fruit (such as plums, bananas)
- 100 milliliters Rum
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Star anise
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the figs. Peel and quarter the pears. Remove the core and cut into wedges. Rinse and halve the grapes. Peel the orange, making sure to remove the bitter white pith. Remove the whole fruit segments, making sure to collect any juice created in a bowl.

Thoroughly drain the lychees. Soak the dried fruit in the rum. Peel and slice the bananas. Melt the honey in a saucepan. Slit the vanilla bean lengthwise and add to the honey.

Add the fruit and the dried fruit to the honey mixture, then deglaze with the wine. Add the lemon juice and the spices, and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, cool slightly, and serve on a plate.
