- 2 red Dragon fruits
- 2 Kiwi
- Cape gooseberries
- 8 Lychee
- 1 ripe Mango
- ½ honeydew melon
- extra virgin olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Limes (squeezed)
Preparation steps

Cut the pitahaya at the base, and peel the petals. Halve the fruit lengthwise and thinly slice. Peel and have the kiwis. Peel and halve the lychees, and remove the core. Peel the mango, cut the fruit from the stone, and cut into wedges.

Peel the honeydew, remove the core, and thinly slice. Arrange all of the fruit in glasses or on dessert plates. Drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of the oil and little lime juice. Season generously with the pepper, garnish with the gooseberries, and serve immediately.
