2 centiliters Orange liqueur
2 Tbsps lemon juice
400 grams Dried Fruit (such as plums, apples, pears, figs)
200 grams Nut (such as walnuts, almonds, pistachios)
1 Banana
1 pinch Ground cinnamon
1 pinch Cardamom

Preparation steps

With a sharp knife, cut off peel and white pith from oranges. Cut out and remove the orange sections from between the membranes. Squeeze juice from remaining pulp into a bowl and mix with orange liqueur and lemon juice.

Cut dried fruit into strips. Coarsely chop nuts. Peel and slice banana. Add all prepared ingredients to the bowl with the juice. Season with cinnamon and cardamom and toss gently to combine. For best flavor, let marinate 30 minutes before serving.
