Preparation steps

1.

Combine the oats, wheat flakes and spelt flakes. Chop the nuts coarsely. Dice the dried apricots into small pieces. Mix the nuts and apricots into the muesli.

Peel the fresh mandarin orange and separate into segments.

Divide the muesli into bowls and top with orange segments. To serve, add milk, yogurt, buttermilk or cottage cheese. Sweeten with a little honey if desired.
