250 grams Blackberry

1 Tbsp Pastry flour
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp grated Lemon peel

Preparation steps

Rinse and halve nectarines, remove pits and thinly slice. Rinse and spin dry the blackberries.

Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites with 1 pinch of salt until stiff. Combine yolks with cottage cheese, lemon zest, flour and honey, then gently fold into the egg whites.

3.

Arrange nectarines and blackberries in a buttered baking dish, spread the cottage cheese mixture on top and bake in a preheated 220°C (approximately 425°F) oven for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.
