2 cooking Apple (peeled, cored and diced)
4 Tbsps raisins
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsps ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp caster sugar
0.333 cup vegan Margarine
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1 cup chopped almonds

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375°F gas 5. Grease 4 individual baking dishes.
2.
Toss the apples and raisins in the lemon juice, cinnamon and caster sugar and divide between the baking dishes.
3.
Put the margarine, flour, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl and rub together with your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the almonds until combined.
4.
Scatter handfuls of the crumble mixture over the top of the apples, pressing down lightly.
5.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the apples are tender.
