350 grams Whipped cream

2 tsps Bourbon vanilla
150 grams Gooseberry (fresh or frozen)
150 grams Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
150 grams Sour cherry (jarred)

Preparation steps

1.

Whip cream. Mix Quark with vanilla and 5 tablespoons sugar and add to cream. Rinse and dry gooseberries and blueberries. Drain cherries well. Spread quark cream into 3 bowls. Puree half the gooseberries, blueberries and cherries individually and pass each through a sieve. Combine each portion of quark cream with a fruit puree and fold in some corresponding fruits (saving a few of each type of fruit for decoration.)

Distribute fruit creams into bowls and serve decorated with remaining fruit.
