- 1 Apple (peeled and chopped)
- 2 cups Raspberries
- 2 ½ cups black currant
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps runny honey
- 4 tsps black currant (cassis)
- 2 Tbsps all-purpose flour
- ½ cup Shredded coconut
- ⅕ cup softened butter
- ⅕ cup sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.

Mix together the chopped apple, berries, lemon juice, honey and cassis and divide between 4 oven-proof dishes (approx. 250 ml capacity).
3.
Rub together the flour, coconut, butter and sugar to form a fine crumb. Spoon this over the fruit and bake in the oven for around 25 minutes until golden brown.
