4 ½ cups mixed Fruit (e. g. peaches, apples, blueberries, pears)
0.333 cup Orange juice
1 Orange (finely grated zest)
cup light brown sugar
1 tsp ground mixed spice
For the crumble
1 cup plain flour
0.333 cup butter
0.333 cup sugar
¾ cup Hazelnuts (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

heat the oven to 200C,400F, gas 6. Grease 4 individual ovenproof pudding bowls.

Cut the fruit into thick slices if necessary. Stir in the orange juice and zest, sugar and spices, mixing well. Spoon into the pudding bowls.
3.
For the crumble: Rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs, and then stir in the sugar and hazelnuts.
4.
Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the fruit and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
