50 grams Walnut
3 stalks Celery
3 Oranges
1 large Apple
1 Kiwi
1 Tbsp lemon juice
400 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
4 slices Crispbread (about 60 g)
4 Tbsps cream cheese (80 g; 0.2% fat)

Preparation steps

1.

Chop the walnuts coarsely and fry in a dry skillet over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the stove.

2.

Rinse the celery and cut into thin slices.

3.

Peel the oranges with a sharp knife. Cut out the segments and collect the escaping juice.

4.

Peel, halve and core the apple. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Peel the kiwi, halve lengthwise and cut into thin slices.

Mix the kiwi slices, diced apple, orange segments from 2 oranges, lemon juice and the celery.

5.

Mix the yogurt with the collected orange juice and pour into 4 glasses. Distribute the salad on top and shower with walnuts.

6.

Spread the crispbread with cream cheese and top with the remaining orange segments.

Serve with the fruit and celery salad.
