- 9 ozs dark dairy-free chocolate (70% cocoa solids, broken)
- 1 cup Soy milk
- 5 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Soy cream

Preparation steps
1.
Melt together the chocolate and soy milk in a pan over low heat.
2.
Stir in the oil, vanilla and soy cream until smooth. Leave to cool.
3.
Put into an ice cream maker following the manufacturer's freezing instructions. Alternatively, pour into a freezerproof container, cover and freeze for about 7 hours until solid. Beat the mixture 3 times during the freezing time with a fork to break up the ice crystals.
