- 3 cups medium, raw shrimp (shelled; deveined and tails left intact)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup dry sherry
- crushed Red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp minced, fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
- 6 slices cooked Bacon (crumbled)

Preparation steps

Combine shrimp, oil, garlic, salt, sherry, chili pepper flakes and parsley. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 5 to 6 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

Drain and discard marinade. Cook shrimp in heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through.
3.
Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with parsley and crumbled bacon, serve hot, with toothpicks.
