3 Tbsps clarified butter
1 tsp Caraway
2 bunches Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cook in salted water with the cumin for 25 minutes. Drain, allow moisture to evaporate, peel potatoes and quarter lengthwise.

2.

Heat the clarified butter in a pan, add the potatoes and fry until golden brown over medium heat, about 15 minutes. Rinse dill, finely chop and mix with the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
