- 600 grams cooked potatoes
- 150 grams Bacon (sliced)
- 150 grams Blood sausage (sliced)
- 200 grams Savoy cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- ground paprika
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Preparation steps
1.
Peel and slice the potatoes.

Cut the bacon into strips.
3.
Rinse the cabbage and cut into strips, then blanch in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes.

Peel the carrot and thinly grate.
5.
Peel and dice the onion.
6.
Fry the potatoes in a frying pan with oil for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Add bacon and onions and roast for 3-4 more minutes. Mix in the carrot, cabbage and blood sausage, add salt and pepper and place in an ovenproof dish. Crack eggs and gently place them on top. Bake at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 8-10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chili powder.
