- 2 Tbsps chopped Pistachio
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter

- 800 grams medium-sized, waxy potatoes
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps
1.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Rinse, scrub and halve potatoes lengthwise. Mix potatoes with oil. Place potatoes, cut side down, on the prepared baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F), about 35 minutes.
3.
Season pork cutlets with salt and pepper and fry in hot clarified butter, about 3 minutes per side. Divide pork and potatoes among plates and sprinkle with pistachios and coarse pepper.
