- 500 grams (approximately 18 ounces) Chicken breasts
- 100 grams (approximately 3 1/2 ounces), thin slices Bacon
- 1 handful Sage
- salt
- freshly ground freshly ground pepper
- vegetable oil (to saute)
- Wooden skewer
- also
- 1 ripe Avocado
- juice 1 lemons
- Tabasco sauce
- 100 grams (approximately 3 1/2 ounces) Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 grams (approximately 5 1/3 ounces) Tomato salsa (Finished product)
- 2 scallions

Preparation steps

Cut the chicken fillets into long strips, about 2 cm (approximately 3/4-inch) wide strips. Season with salt and pepper, place a sage leaf on a slice of chicken, wrap in bacon then thread on skewers. Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the skewers, tutning them until browned and crispy, 4-6 minutes.

Rinse and pat the scallions dry and thinly slice.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit and peel, puree the avocado with lemon juice and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco.

Divide the salsa among 4 wide glasses, top with the avocado cream and insert In a wide glass each little salsa and then fill with avocado cream. Insert the skewers into the glasses, garnish wth the scallions and serve.
