- 1 ⅓ cups Rice milk (or soy milk)
- 3 Tbsps all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp Corn starch
- 8 slices Bread
- 2 Tbsps dairy-free margarine
- To serve
- sliced Strawberries
- sliced Mangoes

Preparation steps
1.
Whisk together all the ingredients except the bread and margarine, until well mixed. Transfer the mixture to a shallow bowl.
2.
Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, soaking both sides. Soak the bread in the mixture for a few seconds, turning over until each side is well coated.
3.
Melt 1/4 of the margarine in a frying pan and when hot add 2 slices of soaked bread. Cook each side to a light golden brown. Repeat with the remaining margarine and soaked bread.
4.
Place on serving plates and top with strawberries and mango. Serve immediately.
