600 grams Beef fillet
2 centimeters fresh ginger
1 garlic clove
soy sauce
4 Tbsps soybean oil
2 Tbsps Rice wine
1 tsp honey
salt
1 generous pinch Sambal oelek
200 grams green Beans
150 grams baby Spinach
400 grams linguine or Spaghetti
4 Tbsps Peanut oil
35 grams Peanuts (unsalted)
peppers
1 tsp Lime juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the meat, pat dry, slice and cut into narrow strips. Peel the ginger and garlic and finely chop. Mix with 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons rice wine, honey, salt and sambal oelek and place the beef in the mixture to marinate for 30 minutes.

Rinse the beans, then cook 7-8 minutes in boiling salted water. Add the spinach in the last 3 minutes. Then drain and rinse with cold water.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Heat the peanut oil in a wok. Add the ginger, garlic and the meat strips and fry, stirring,  2-3 minutes. Chop the nuts coarsely and add to the pan with the vegetables. Add the drained pasta and cook briefly. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice.

5.

Serve directly out of the wok.
