Fresh Pears with Blue Cheese and Pecans
Rinse the pears, remove the cores with an apple corer, leaving the stems on the pears. Each cut pear crosswise into 5 slices and sprinkle the cut surfaces with lemon juice.
Thinly slice the blue cheese and place on the pear slices. Drizzle with nut oil. Arrange on serving plates and garnish with pecans.
