2 Tbsps honey
125 Raspberries
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the apple and pear and cut into quarters. Remove the cores and then cut the fruit into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Peel the orange with a sharp knife, removing all the white pith and cut the segments along their partitions, reserving juice in a bowl.

Squeeze any remaining juice from the orange membranes. Mix all the juice with 1 tablespoon of honey and stir, along with the orange segments, into the apple and pear slices.

3.

Press the raspberries through a strainer to create a purée. Mix with the remaining honey and the yogurt.

Serve fruit salad with raspberry yogurt.
