- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 3 Tbsps milk
- ¼ cup Apple juice
- 2 Tbsps butter
- In addition
- 3 ⅓ cups fresh, mixed Berry
- 4 tsps Maple syrup

Preparation steps
1.
Halve the slices of bread. Mix together the egg, egg white, 1 tbsp sugar, milk, 3 Tablespoons apple juice and a pinch of salt. Dip the bread slices in this mixture, turning to coat both sides.

Heat some butter in a frying pan and fry the soaked bread slices on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the French toast with fresh berries and maple syrup.
