- 1 green paprika
- 4 garlic cloves
- 6 sprigs thyme
- 2 egg yolks
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters milk
- Sea salt
- peppers
- Nutmeg
- 2 Tbsps grated Feta
- 3 Tbsps grated Mountain cheese
- 5 Tbsps zweiback crumbs (more if necessary)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C preheat.

Cut pumpkin pulp cut into small cubes. Rinse and halve bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs, cut into small cubes. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse thyme, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Whisk egg yolks with half of oil and milk. Place vegetables with garlic and thyme in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
