1 garlic clove
160 grams Reblochon cheese
200 milliliters milk
100 grams Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Peel potatoes and halve or quarter lengthwise, depending on size.

Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Whisk milk with creme fraiche, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

Dice bacon into small pieces and brown in hot frying pan. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Cut cheese into thin slices.

Heat oil in an ovenproof pan and cook potatoes for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute briefly. Add bacon and saute for a few minutes. Pour milk mixture over and spread cheese slices over. Bake in preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
