- 3 cups chicken stock

2 Pots, 1 Skillet, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Mortar, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Tweezers, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil and butter in a large pan and cook the onions very gently for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time.
2.
Add the garlic and mushrooms, cook gently for 5 minutes then add the thyme and white wine.
3.
Let the mixture bubble then pour in the stock. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
