Forest Berry Jam
Rinse the berries, and mix with the jam sugar and lemon juice in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring often, and cook for 4 minutes.
Place 1-2 teaspoons of jam on a cold plate. If the jam doesn't stay thickened after 1 minute, cook another 1-2 minutes.
Pour the jam into hot jars and seal immediately. Turn the jars upside down for 10 minutes, then turn right side up and cool completely.
