For the kebabs
1 pkg Fish stick (300 grams)
1 long Zucchini (250 grams, cut into 1 cm thick slices)
3 small Tomatoes
clarified butter
For the mayonnaise and yogurt sauce
4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
8 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Tbsp mixed Fresh herbs (finely chopped, such as parsley, chives, cress)

Preparation steps

1.

For the kebabs, halve the fish sticks and thread alternately onto wooden skewers along with the zucchini slices. Fry the skewers in some butter for 5 -7 minutes.

2.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and thread a piece onto the end of each skewer.

3.

For the mayonnaise and yogurt sauce, combine all the ingredients and mix together well.

Serve the kebabs hot and with the sauce.
