800 grams waxy potatoes
6 shallots
500 grams kitchen ready Rose fish
200 green Beans
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 splash white wine
1 Dill
salt

Preparation steps

Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges and steam for about 20 minutes. Peel the shallots and cut into wedges. Rinse the rose fish, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the green beans, trim, cut in half, and add to the potatoes during the last 7-8 minutes of steaming.

Rinse, shake dry, pluck the leaves from dill, and chop coarsely.

Saute the shallots until golden brown in hot oil in a nonstick pan, add the fish and saute for 2-3 minutes. Pour the white wine and add the steamed potatoes and green beans. Season with salt and pepper, and serve sprinkled with dill.
