- 4 Nile perch (each about 150 grams)
- 4 Kohlrabi
- 4 carrots
- 1 Red paprika
- 1 yellow paprika
- 4 stalks Celery
- 200 milliliters white wine
- 200 milliliters fish stock
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsps Dill (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Water clay pot for 30 minutes.

Peel kohlrabi and carrots and cut into strips.
3.
Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs, then cut into thin strips.
4.
Rinse celery and cut into thin slices .
5.
Spread all vegetables with bay leaf in the clay pot. Add wine and fish stock and top with fish. Season with salt and pepper, cover and place into a cold oven. Turn oven temperature to 200°C (approximately 400°F) and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and season to taste, serve sprinkled with dill.
