Preparation steps

1.

Puree the fish with the sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir in chopped dill and Keta caviar. Beat cream until stiff and fold in. Chill in the fridge.

Rinse the endive, dry, tear into bite-sized pieces.

Combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper for a dressing. Arrange the salad and plates and drizzle dressing over. With two wet tablespoons, scoop the fish mousse and place on the salad.
