- 300 grams Shrimp tail (ready to cook)
- 300 grams Cod
- 1 paprika
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps parsley
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps Pastry flour
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse shrimp, pat dry and chop. Rinse fish fillets, pat dry and chop.
2.
Rinse bell pepper, halve and remove seeds and ribs, chop finely.
3.
Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
4.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and saute onion and garlic until translucent, set aside and cool.
5.
Combine eggs, fish, shrimp, pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs and onion mixture, season with salt and pepper and mix everything well. Place flour into a shallow dish.
6.
Shape mixture into small patties and coat with flour. Heat oil in a pan and cook patties for about 4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
7.
Serve immediately.
