1 tsp vegetable oil
500 grams mild sheep cheese
2 eggs
100 grams honey
2 tsps sugar
2 Tbsps Orange marmalade
organic Oranges (zest)
1 tsp Rum
250 milliliters Orange juice
4 sprigs mint

Preparation steps

Cut filo dough into small rectangles and brush lightly with oil and brown in a pan on both sides. Combine cream cheese with the eggs, sugar and rum and stir in zest. Place a dollop of cream cheese in the middle, and tie up into a bag using a mint sprig. Heat marmalade with honey until warm, add orange juice and simmer 10 minutes over low heat.

Spread marmalade sauce on plates and arrange the canapes on the sauce. Serve warm.
