2 Tbsps honey
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the milk with the split vanilla bean in a saucepan. Add the rice and simmer gently for about 35 minutes over low heat until soft, stirring several times.

Rinse the rosemary and pluck the leaves. Rinse and halve the figs. Caramelize 1 tablespoon honey with the sugar and the butter in a saucepan. Add the figs with the rosemary, remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.

3.

Stir the remaining honey into the rice, remove the vanilla bean, divide into bowls or cups and serve garnished with figs.
