- 4 slices white bread (ciabatta)
- 6 ripened Figs
- 100 grams Quark (or ricotta)
- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- mint

Preparation steps
1.
Toast or bake the bread slices.
2.
Rinse the figs and chop 2 into small pieces. Mix the quark with the honey and chopped figs and spread it over the bread slices.
Serve garnished with halved figs and mint leaves.
