Preparation steps

Rinse the peppers, remove the stalk with the cores and leave whole. Remove the ribs. Cut 300 grams (approximately 2 cups) into cubes. Finely grate the rest and stir until smooth with the cream cheese. Rinse the dill, shake dry, and chop finely. Rinse the chilies, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and also chop. Peel the garlic and squeeze through a garlic press into the cream cheese mixture. Mix in the feta cheese cubes and season with salt and pepper. Fill the peppers with the cream cheese filling and chill.

After at least one hour, cut peppers into 1 cm (approximately 1/3 inch) thick slices and arrange on lettuce leaves.
