Nutritional values

Pumpkins contain a lot of vitamin A, which plays an essential role in the visual process. A deficiency can lead to a weakened immune system. Feta is rich in calcium and phosphorus. Phosphorus plays a central role in supplying cells with energy and, together with calcium, forms an essential component of bones and teeth.

Instead of the puff pastry used in the recipe, you can also use thinly rolled out strudel dough. For an Indian-inspired taste, you can add (preferably fresh) ginger and turmeric to the dip, which at the same time contribute to your health with their essential oils.
