- 500 milliliters olive oil
- 1 Basil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 10 peppercorns
- 10 Coriander
- 4 Juniper berries
- garlic cloves
- 400 grams Feta
- 150 grams Olives
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the basil and rosemary and shake dry. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
2.
Chop the cheese coarsely into cubes.
Place all the ingredients into a jar and pour in the oil. Seal the lid and leave to stand for 1 week before serving.
