- 250 grams Feta
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 12 centiliters olive oil
- 2 green chili peppers
- 1 ½ Tbsps fennel seeds
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 Tbsps black Olives

Preparation steps
1.
Crush the feta cheese with a fork and mix with the lemon juice and olive oil. Finely chop the fennel seeds.
2.
Slice the chile peppers in half, remove the seeds, rinse and finely chop. Mix into the cheese.
3.
Pluck the parsley leaves from the stalks, rinse and shake dry.
Garnish the feta cream with the olives and the parsley and serve with a fresh baguette if desired.
