Preparation steps

1.

Grease a springform pan, about 26 cm (approximately 10 inches) in diameter. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 390°F).

2.

Crumble fets and mix with 3 eggs, cream and dill.

3.

Layer 2 sheets of filo and brush with melted butter. Spread some of the feta mixture in the middle of the dough. Roll up dough into a long, narrow log. Repeat with remaining filling and dough, until all ingredients are exhausted. Place logs in a springform pan, twisting to create a circular shape. Brush with melted butter. Whisk a cup of milk with 2 eggs and baking powder and pour over pastry. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until golden brown. Remove, release from pan and serve.
