- ½ cup pitted Medjool Date (roughly chopped)
- ¾ cup ready-to-eat Dried apricot (or figs)
- 5 ozs chopped Nut (almonds, pecans or walnuts)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- honey
- cocoa powder
- powdered sugar
Preparation steps
1.
Put half the dates and apricots or figs in a food processor and blend to a soft paste.
2.
Tip into a bowl and work in the remaining fruits, nuts, cinnamon and honey with your hands.
3.
Shape into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
4.
Sift icing sugar over the top and place in paper sweet cases
