Preparation steps

1.

Cream the butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, while beating. Add the cream while stirring over a hot water bath, then add the lemon juice and slowly and beat until it thickens. Do not allow to boil.

2.

Pour the cream into 2 jars and seal immediately. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four weeks.
