Preparation steps

1.

Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy. Stir in the flour and salt and knead into a smooth dough.

Knead on a floured work surface and form into round cookies of about 5 cm (approximately 2 inches). Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (approximately 350°F) for about 15 minutes. Remove when golden brown, roll in sugar as desired and allow to cool before serving.
