Preparation steps

1.

Rinse endive leaves, trim and spin dry. Rinse grapes, halve and remove seeds. Cut peaches into cubes and cut mint into fine strips. Toast almonds in a dry skillet.

2.

Mix vinegar in a bowl with grape seed oil and grape juice and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Arrange endive, grapes, peach cubes and mint strips on plates, drizzle with vinegar mixture and serve sprinkled with almonds.
