Fruit acids from the lemons can render bacteria harmless and prevent stomach infections. They can also help with heartburn and relieve digestive problems. Elderberry blossoms have a positive influence on cold complaints due to the essential oils, flavonoids and tanning agents they contain.

You can add slices of lime and lime juice to the elderflower lemonade as desired. After preparation, store the elderflower lemonade in the refrigerator for a few hours so that it can cool down well. If you like, add ice cubes as well.
