- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 Pickle (jarred)
- 6 Pearl onion (jarred)
- 2 Anchovy fillet (in oil)
- 1 tsp Caper (jarred)
- 120 grams Mayonnaise
- 80 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- ½ tsp finely chopped Tarragon
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely chop the hard boiled egg. Drain the pickles and pearl onions and cut into small cubes. Rinse the anchovy fillets, pat dry and finely chop.
2.
Whisk the mayonnaise, crème fraîche and Dijon mustard together until smooth. Stir in the egg, pickles, onions, anchovies, capers and herbs. Mix until well combined. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
