28 ozs Raspberries (Or about 21 oz. raspberry puree)
13 ½ ozs Currant juice (or cranberry juice)
3 ½ ozs Raspberry syrup
1 lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation steps

Sort through raspberries, puree until smooth, and strain through a sieve. Mix vanilla with currant juice, raspberry syrup to taste, and lemon juice.

Pour mixture into a popsicle mold and place in freezer (there may be some leftover juice). Stir every 30 minutes with a fork. When ice crystals starts to solidify, insert wooden popsicle sticks. Return to freezer until frozen solid. Before serving, let thaw about 5 minutes.
