- 24 ozs lamb (from the leg, ready to cook)
- 18 ozs Green cabbage
- 14 ozs waxy potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 7 ozs Pumpkin
- 2 cloves onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch ground Caraway
- 1 bay leaf
- 10 ozs Beef broth
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Rinse the lamb, pat dry, remove excess fat and cut into about 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) cubes. Rinse the cabbage, trim and quarter, and cut out the stalk. Rinse, peel and dice the potatoes and the carrots. Peel the pumpkin and cut into about 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) cubes. Peel the onions and garlic and finely chop.

Heat the oil in pressure cooker and saute the onions, garlic and the meat. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Then add the vegetables as well as the spices, bay leaf and pour in the broth. Bring to a boil, close the lid and cook at level 1 for 20 minutes. After the end of cooking, remove the pressure cooker from the stove and only open when the pressure has completely gone down. Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley.
